Warranty Statement
International Warranty
CICHART is pleased that you have chosen a model from its collection. Cichart GmbH grants you a twenty-four (24) month warranty from the date of purchase on all CICHART® rings and ring watch models against material and manufacturing defects.
The international CICHART warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that existed at the time of delivery of the purchased CICHART products ("defects"). The warranty only takes effect if the warranty certificate is dated and fully completed ("valid warranty certificate"). During the warranty period and upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate, you are entitled to a free repair of defects covered by the warranty. If normal use of your CICHART ring watch can no longer be restored through repairs, Cichart GmbH commits to replacing it with an identical or similar CICHART watch. The warranty on the replacement watch expires at the end of the warranty period of the replaced product.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
This warranty only comes into effect if the warranty card included with your CICHART® product has been fully and correctly completed, dated, and stamped by an official CICHART® dealer. CICHART GmbH does not cover warranty claims that do not meet these conditions.
Name of the dealer, handwritten purchase date, handwritten model number and/or case/serial number.
Name of the retailer, handwritten date of purchase, handwritten model number and/or case/serial number or limited edition number.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY:
Normal wear and tear and aging (e.g., scratches on the case and/or watch glass; changes in the color and/or material of the case, PVD coating, peeling of the coating; discoloration of bronze);
Damage to any part of the watch resulting from improper handling, lack of care, negligence, accidents (impacts, dents, shattering, glass breakage, etc.), incorrect use of the watch, or failure to follow the user manual provided by CICHART;
indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use, malfunction, errors, or lack of accuracy of the CICHART ring watch;
a watch that has been serviced by a person not authorized by CICHART (e.g., for battery replacement, maintenance services, or repairs) or a watch whose original condition has been altered without the supervision of Cichart UG (limited liability).
All other claims against Cichart GmbH, for example for damages exceeding those specified here, are expressly excluded, with the exception of mandatory rights that the buyer can assert against the manufacturer.
