Certificate of Warranty

International Warranty — CICHART® Ring Watches

I. Warrantor & Scope

CICHART® is pleased that you have chosen a model from its collection. CICHART® grants you a voluntary manufacturer's warranty of five (5) years from the date of purchase on all CICHART® ring watch models against material and manufacturing defects.

The statutory warranty period of two (2) years remains unaffected and is not limited by this voluntary warranty. The voluntary warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights.

This warranty applies to ring watches purchased directly through the official online store at cichart.com or in person at the CICHART® Head Office Stuttgart. Products acquired through unauthorized third parties are excluded from this warranty.

II. Warranty Coverage

The international CICHART® warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that existed at the time of delivery of the purchased CICHART® ring watch. The warranty covers the following components:

— Mechanical movement (C1 / C11 caliber, based on Sellita / ETA)

— Tilt Pivot System (European Registered Community Design, RCD)

— Sapphire crystal

— Ring (all available sizes)

Case Exclusion

The numbered case — in Grade 5 Titanium or Carbon — is excluded from the voluntary warranty. Each case carries an individual, inseparable serial number and is irreplaceable as a unique object. It is the object itself. Damage to the case is assessed individually upon written request.

The case is the object. Everything else is mechanics — and mechanics we maintain.

III. Validity & Warranty Certificate

The warranty is only valid if the following conditions are met:

— The physical CICHART® warranty certificate has been issued and is fully completed

— The certificate carries the individual Limited Edition number as well as the case serial number

— A copy of this certificate is submitted to CICHART® in the event of a warranty claim

Without submission of a copy of the valid warranty certificate, no warranty service can be provided. Certificates that have been subsequently altered, made illegible, or from which numbers have been removed or falsified are invalid.

CICHART® recommends storing the original document securely and making an additional digital copy.

IV. Warranty Service

During the warranty period and upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate, you are entitled to free repair of defects covered by the warranty. All warranty repairs are carried out at the authorized CICHART® production facility.

If normal use of your CICHART® ring watch cannot be restored through repair, CICHART® undertakes to replace the affected component with an identical or equivalent part. Replacement of the numbered case is structurally excluded. The warranty of a replaced component expires at the end of the original warranty period.

Shipping costs are covered by CICHART® in both directions for recognized warranty cases, provided that shipping is carried out via the carrier specified by CICHART® and the ring watch is securely packaged.

V. Service Independence

The mechanical movement is based on Sellita or ETA calibers — the recognized Swiss industry standard, mastered by qualified watchmakers worldwide. Any competent watchmaker can service the movement independently of CICHART® — today, in ten years, in twenty years. This service independence is a deliberate engineering decision.

For work on the Tilt Pivot System, the case, or the sealing construction, CICHART® expressly recommends authorized service. Unauthorized interventions on these components void the voluntary warranty.

VI. Exclusions

The following are not covered by this warranty:

— Normal wear and aging (scratches on case and/or crystal, changes in color or material, peeling of coatings)

— Damage caused by improper handling, lack of care, negligence, or accidents (impacts, drops, blows, broken crystal, incorrect use)

— Damage caused by contact with aggressive chemicals, solvents, acids, or cleaning agents

— Damage from exceeding the specified water resistance (10 ATM) or pressure water

— Indirect or consequential damage of any kind resulting from the use or malfunction of the ring watch

— Watches that have been serviced, repaired, or modified by unauthorized persons

— Theft, loss, or damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure

— Missing, illegible, or falsified warranty certificate

All other claims against CICHART® beyond the warranty services defined herein are expressly excluded — except for mandatory statutory rights that the buyer may assert against the manufacturer.

VII. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, contact CICHART® via cichart.com/contact with the following information:

— Copy of the warranty certificate (with Limited Edition number and serial number)

— Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

— Detailed description of the defect

CICHART® responds within 48 hours and coordinates the next steps.

VIII. Governing Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. This warranty declaration does not affect the consumer's statutory rights under applicable national law.
