 1. About this Privacy Policy

1.1. This is the Privacy Policy ("Policy") of CICHART GmbH, Königstraße 27, 70173 Stuttgart, Germany ("CICHART®", "we", "us", "our"). CICHART GmbH is the controller within the meaning of this Policy.

1.2. This Policy, together with our Terms of Use, forms the basis on which we process all personal data we receive in connection with your use of and interaction with this website or any other online presence we manage, including our social media presences and applications (collectively referred to as the "Website").

1.3. We will publish any changes we make to this Policy on the Website or notify you by email.

We may disclose your personal data where we are legally required to do so, or where necessary to enforce our Terms of Use, to protect the rights, property, or safety of CICHART®, our customers, or others. This includes sharing data with other companies for fraud protection and credit risk reduction purposes.

5.5. We may transfer your personal data across borders, including to countries that may not provide an adequate level of data protection as determined by the relevant supervisory authorities. In such cases, we ensure an appropriate level of protection through binding contractual commitments or other recognised safeguards. 5.7. To offer you payment via Klarna, it may be necessary to share your personal data — such as contact information and order details — with Klarna. Your personal data is processed in accordance with Klarna's own privacy policy.

— until you withdraw your consent to further processing, e.g. by unsubscribing from our newsletter or deleting your account;

— until we are satisfied that you are satisfied following contact with us — but no longer than twelve (12) months after the last contact, unless we can rely on another legal basis or you have consented to a longer retention period;
