The CICHART® Ring Watch is not made for the masses — it waits for the right person.

 

The ring watch was designed for the ring finger — not by convention, but for precision reasons. The ring finger changes its circumference barely throughout the day. This guarantees the exact fit of the construction — and the dignity of the object.

 

Every CICHART® Ring Watch is completed individually for you upon receipt of your ring size — in Switzerland, by precision welding. For exactly one person.

You know your ring size

Do you already wear a ring? Then you know your size. Enter it directly in the online shop — we begin production immediately. Within 3–7 business days, your Ring Watch will be with you in Germany and Europe — unless unexpected delays occur. Should this be the case, we will notify you immediately and adjust the delivery time accordingly.

 

For international deliveries outside the EU, transit time may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country. You will receive a tracking number after dispatch.

 

You don't know your ring size

No problem. Any jeweler determines your ring size free of charge in minutes. Or visit the CICHART® Lounge in Stuttgart — we measure you personally, free of charge. Two sample rings in sizes 7 and 10 are also available for fitting, covering the full range for exact size determination on site.

 

Your size is outside the standard range (6–11)

Custom sizes are made individually upon request — with the same precision and care as every other CICHART® Ring Watch. Please contact us in advance. Delivery time extends to up to 8 weeks in this case.

Would you like to experience the Ring Watch before purchasing? At the CICHART® Lounge in Stuttgart, we welcome you by appointment — to try, feel, and decide. We measure your ring finger personally, free of charge. Purchase and immediate collection are possible.

Every CICHART® Ring Watch leaves our premises with free express shipping. Orders up to €25,000 are fully insured via our specialized valuables logistics — discreet, secure, worldwide. You will receive a tracking number after dispatch.

CICHART® delivers worldwide. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are borne by the buyer. Delivery to hotels or forwarding addresses is not possible.

As every CICHART® Ring Watch is completed to individual specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). This exclusion will be explicitly communicated to you before conclusion of the contract and requires your confirmation.

Manufacturing or material defects should be reported within 30 days by email to contact@cichart.com — with description and photographic documentation. We will remedy the defect free of charge or replace the affected component. Transport damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

 

In confirmed warranty cases, we coordinate free collection via our valuables logistics partner.

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method — within 14 days of receipt and quality inspection.
