Pre-Orders

With a pre-order, you purchase a product that is not yet in stock. A deposit of 30% of the total price is due at checkout; your payment method is stored.

The remaining balance is charged automatically to your stored payment method before shipment. You will be notified by email in advance of the charge.

Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your pre-order free of charge at any time before shipment. In that case, your deposit will be refunded in full.

After delivery, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments made — including the deposit — in full.
