Can I modify or cancel an order?
Our system processes orders immediately, which means we can’t make any changes once you have placed it and we’re usually unable to stop orders from processing and shipping. If we are able to stop the shipment, you will receive an email confirming cancellation of the order and any charges made will be reversed. Should the order ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return any unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online from www.cichart.com within 14 days after delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided that the merchandise is original quality and has not been damaged. Delivery is free of charge for all orders. Please allow 4 working days for products in stock and an additional 5 to 15 working days for delivery of limited edition items with customised designer plates or products with hand engraving and monogram.
