Warranty Statement
International Warranty
CICHART is pleased that you have chosen a model from its collection. Cichart UG (limited liability) grants you a twenty-four (24) month warranty from the date of purchase on all CICHART® rings and ring watch models against material and manufacturing defects.
The international CICHART warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that existed at the time of delivery of the purchased CICHART products ("defects"). The warranty only takes effect if the warranty certificate is dated and fully completed ("valid warranty certificate"). During the warranty period and upon presentation of the valid warranty certificate, you are entitled to a free repair of defects covered by the warranty. If normal use of your CICHART ring watch can no longer be restored through repairs, Cichart UG (limited liability) commits to replacing it with an identical or similar CICHART watch. The warranty on the replacement watch expires at the end of the warranty period of the replaced product.
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
This warranty only comes into effect if the warranty card included with your CICHART® product has been fully and correctly completed, dated, and stamped by an official CICHART® dealer. CICHART UG (limited liability) does not cover warranty claims that do not meet these conditions.
Name of the dealer, handwritten purchase date, handwritten model number and/or case/serial number.
THE ABOVE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY:
- Is independent of any warranty possibly provided by the seller, for which the seller alone is responsible
- Does not restrict the rights of the buyer against the seller, nor any other rights the buyer may have against the seller under mandatory legal provisions.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY:
- The battery life;
- normal wear and aging (e.g., scratches on the case and/or watch glass; changes in the color and/or material of the cases, straps, and non-metallic bands such as leather, textile, rubber; the PVD coating, peeling of the coating; the coloring of bronze);
- Damage to any part of the watch resulting from improper handling, lack of care, negligence, accidents (impacts, dents, crushing, broken glass, scratches during strap changes, etc.), incorrect use of the watch, as well as disregard of the user manual provided by CICHART;
- indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from the use, malfunction, errors, or lack of accuracy of the CICHART ring watch;
- a watch that has been handled by a person not authorized by CICHART (for example, for battery replacement, maintenance services, or repairs) or a watch whose original condition has been altered without the oversight of Cichart UG (limited liability).
All other claims against Cichart UG (limited liability), for example for damages beyond those specified here, are expressly excluded, except for mandatory rights that the buyer may assert against the manufacturer.
