Our system processes orders immediately, which means we can’t make any changes once you have placed it and we’re usually unable to stop orders from processing and shipping. If we are able to stop the shipment, you will receive an email confirming cancellation of the order and any charges made will be reversed. Should the order ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna and other payments methods such as PayPal. During the checkout process, the supported payment methods are displayed on screen.

All prices for our products and services shown on this website are inclusive of any excise duty and VAT.

Some products are not readily available for online purchase. You can buy these products by contacting us by E-Mail or contact-form.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return any unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online from www.cichart.com within 14 days after delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided that the merchandise is original quality and has not been damaged. Delivery is free of charge for all orders. Please allow 4 working days for products in stock and an additional 5 to 15 working days for delivery of limited edition items with customised designer plates or products with hand engraving and monogram. Our Limited Edition items, especially those that are made to order or personalised,  we cannot accept for return or exchange. The reason for this is that these items are often only produced in limited quantities or customised for the buyer. For collectors, limited editions hold value based on their scarcity and uniqueness. Our Limited Editions involve higher production costs due to specialized materials, processes, or limited runs.
